EUROPEAN TUITION-FREE UNIVERSITIES! WHAT IS THE MEANING?
Tuition-Free Universities means Universities where tuition or school fees are not charged. This
simply means you can obtain your degrees (BSc, MSc or PhD) in these Universities without
paying any school fees. It is open for International Students to study free of charge! Do you
know that there are some Tuition-Free Universities in Europe? Yes! There are many European
countries that offer free education for International Students from any part of the world to
come and study for free in their country.
IS IT TRUE THAT THERE ARE TUITION-FREE UNIVERSITIES IN EUROPE? AND HOW GENUINE IS THIS?
Yes, it is true. Currently, there are five guaranteed European Countries that do not charge any
tuition or school fees.
This information is very true and genuine. When some people hear
‘Europe’, their mind goes straight to the United Kingdom. But the United Kingdom is not the
only country in Europe. So, whenever I tell these people that there are Tuition-Free Universities
in Europe, the first thing that comes to their mind is; “Tuition-Free Universities in the United
Kingdom”. Most of the time, I’ll have to repeat myself to them to affirm that I said and I meant
“Tuition-Free Universities in Europe”.
Studying in the United Kingdom is highly competitive and very expensive. This is coupled with
the fact that nowadays, there are limited job opportunities for students in the UK. Studying is
the UK is very good but “you’ve got to put your money on the table”. European Tuition-Free
Universities are very genuine and a great place to study. If you’re still in doubt, then visit
google.com and search for “European Tuition-Free Universities” to confirm.
HOW MANY EUROPEAN COUNTRIES OFFERS TUITION-FREE EDUCATION?
Tuition-Free Universities are currently available in
five European Countries. Though these are
not English speaking countries but all the courses are
taught completely in English Language.
1. Germany: They have over 50 Tuition-Free Universities.
2. Finland: They have over 30 Tuition-Free Universities.
3. Norway: They have over 40 Tuition-Free Universities.
4. Iceland: They have only one Tuition-Free University.
5. Austria: The Universities in Austria are considered Tuition-Free because they charge the
cheapest and lowest tuition fees in the world. About 300 Euros (less or more).
WHY ARE THESE EUROPEAN UNIVERSITIES TUITION-FREE?
People have asked me, Abimbola, How can this be possible? How can a University not charge
Tuition Fees? How will they run the University successfully if they don’t charge Tuition Fees?
How will they pay their lecturers and university workers if they don’t charge Tuition Fees? Are
they substandard universities? Or why on earth will these European Universities not charge
Tuition Fees?
The answer is simple: These European countries offering tuition free education share the view
that higher education is a right for everyone and the results of a highly educated population
benefits everyone. This is why the Government of these countries took it upon themselves to
fund their education and this opportunity is also extended to International students across the
world.
These Tuition-Free Universities are not substandard in any way; in fact many of them are one of
the best in Europe. Tuition fees do not determine the quality of a University. The best
universities in Africa, Asia or other developing countries cannot match the standard of these
European Tuition-Free Universities. European Tuition-Free Universities are not new at all;
they’ve been around for a while. The first time I heard about a European Tuition-Free University
was in July 2005. It was my friend,Bode, who told me. He got Admission and Visa to study in a
Tuition-Free University in Germany for his Master’s Degree programme. When he told me about
Tuition-Free Universities, I was very surprised and couldn’t believe it. He said the Tuition-Free
Universities are only for those who want to obtain their Master’s degree but in my research
over the years, I found this to be UNTRUE. European Tuition-Free Universities are open to
anyone from any part of the world to obtain any degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s/Postgraduate or P h.d

HOW DO I APPLY FOR ADMISSION?
Good question! Admission processing to European Tuition-Free Universities has some secrets
and tips. Thousands of students especially from Africa (Nigeria, Ghana e.t.c.) have been denied
admission because they do not know the secrets of making a successful admission processing.
Many students had paid thousands of dollars to so called “Study-Abroad Agents” and guess
what? None of these “Agents” can guarantee a successful admission. Stop paying exorbitant
fees to “Study-Abroad Agents”!
Is Admission Processing Hard? No its not! It’s very easy and very simple! Do you know you can
actually do a successful admission processing by yourself? Yes you can!
HOW DO I APPLY FOR VISA?
After a successful admission processing i.e. the University has approved your admission, they
will send you an email as a confirmation and an admission acceptance letter to your home
address. With this admission acceptance letter and other documents required by the embassy,
you’ll process your Visa. But do you know that lots of people have been denied Visa even after
they got their admission acceptance letter? Why were they denied Visa? Because, most of them
do not know the simple steps required for Visa processing. There are certain things you need to
know before you fix an appointment for interview at the embassy. You do not need to pay any
“Agent” to process you Visa. You can do it yourself!
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A EUROPEAN DEGREE?
1. Your Curriculum Vitae (CV) will be highly rated.
2. Employers give you higher priority and consideration for employment. Sometime ago, it
was widely reported in the newspapers that NLNG (Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas
Company) advertised for graduates to fill vacancies in the organisation. When the
applicants got there on the day set for the interview, the NLNG officials asked them to
stand in two separate lines. One line for those who went to University in Nigeria (it
didn't matter if you went to Covenant University where you paid over $3000 or
N450,000 a session or University of Uyo where you paid $200 or N30,000). The other
line was for those who studied abroad. Now guess what the NLNG guys did? They
started calling in those who went to school abroad first!
WHAT ARE THE OPPORTUNITIES IN EUROPE FOR STUDENTS?
1. Studying in Europe significantly increases your exposure, network and connections
especially for those who know how to make friends.
2. Living and studying in Europe will open-up your mind to greater possibilities and
opportunities in life. And this is different from getting a job or getting yourself stuck in
Europe.
3. Students are allowed to work and there are job opportunities. For example, In Germany,
you could earn between 500 to 1000 Euros monthly. Depending on your lifestyle, this
amount should take care of your living expenses (Food, Accommodation, Dues, Books,
e.t.c.) while you are studying.
4. Most of the student hostels in Europe have 24/7 free high-speed-internet and electricity.
This is a good opportunities for bloggers, internet marketers, affiliate marketers e.t.c. to
do well in their internet business. While you are there, you can also start your own
internet business (part time) if you don’t have one currently. There is no room for
internet fraudsters though, because they will be caught red-handed and deported
immediately.
5. Studying in Europe upgrades your International passport. Once you can get a Visa to
